‘Tis the season for holiday cheers! It is an exciting time of the year where we spend time with family, friends and loved ones. It is also the busiest period for emergency rooms(ER).

It’s a shame that American society has traded the foundation of Christmas in order to not offend others by their beliefs. Other traditions stand firm for their beliefs and don’t water them down for our benefit. I’m currently not working so thankfully, don’t have to worry about it in the workplace this year. I am claiming Christmas and hope that the reader can give me this one day that brings me joy and accept the love in which it is intended.

Memory is an interesting faculty of human life. Often I hear clients express concern about not being able to remember everything or recognizing that their memory isn’t working as well as it had in the past.
